The dispatch time is 2-5 Working Days

Delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 days after dispatch, depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.

In the case that a customer buys products under different shipping period. The maximum duration of the shipping period will be counted.

Please note:

Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST on Fridays or Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday, excluding major holidays.

Quality Assurance

All our products undergo a thorough quality check and are packaged securely to prevent tampering. If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, take photos of the tampered or damaged area, do not sign for the package, and return it to the carrier. Accepting such a package may be considered as receiving the product in good condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we process a refund, any shipping costs, import duties, levies, payment gateway charges, and currency conversion fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best service.
