At Bubber Jewels, all our pieces are handcrafted by our in-house artisans. Each piece is one of a kind, no two pieces are the same. Which also means that your product might differ slightly from what you see on the website. But guess what, no one has the same piece as yours, that’s what makes your purchase beautiful ;)

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or if you have received an incorrect product (other than what is shown on the website). 

In case the above mentioned has happened with you, bear with us, we have got you covered. Return the product in the exact way in which they were received (unworn, with intact original packaging) 

 

How to make a return?

1. Kindly notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Email us on support@bubberjewels.com or reach us on +919983663904. 
2. You're required to photograph the damaged product to us, before we could arrange for a return pick up. It is then completely upto the discretion of the QC team at Bubber Jewels to decide whether the product is approved for return. 
3. Once we have received your mail and the product is approved by the QC team, we will arrange for a reverse pick up.
4. After receiving the damaged pieces in their original packaging, we will refund your complete amount in your bank account within 3-5 business days. We will refund the amount of the jewellery and the shipping charges. 

NOTE: We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 days of delivery. 

 

Refunds

We will refund your money only in cases of damaged or incorrect products. Refunds will only be made after receiving the products in original packaging. 

We endeavour to make your experience seamless but in case you fall under any of the above, you may contact us via email us on support@bubberjewels.com or call our customer care at +91 9983663904 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
